The Châu family is a prominent clan in Great Asia, renowned for their lion dance profession. Châu Tử Long (Châu Tinh Trì) is the son of Châu Phi Hùng (Nguyên Hoa) - a revered martial arts master in the region. Tử Long, more interested in leisure than martial arts training, excels in playing billiards. Leaving his rural village behind, the young man seeks his fortune in Hong Kong under the dubious guidance of Uncle Nhân (Lương Gia Nhân), who encourages him to capitalize on his natural talent.
